I see that http://www.countingcards.net/ offers a program that lets you see your
opponents hole cards.  I was thinking about buying it, but wondered if anyone
else has tried it?

If they can see your hole cards would they need you to buy the program , or
would they just shut up and make money ?
And again if they had money a .com website with a little bit more investment
will make them look like better scammers .
They are the scammers , Beware dont fall for any of that crap , lol

yes i have been using it about a year on Party and Stars. It works great.
However it has really hurt my skill level so i no longer can win at the
regular casinos.
Now I am only able to play on line and miss the fun of the live games. If
you don't mind that drawback you can make a lot.

No, he's not on crack. I use it also.

The only problem I have is that I use it on Stars, but it keeps showing
me the hold cards that are being played on Party, and vice versa. Very
annoying.

I went into the sourcecode and tried to fix it, but now whenever I turn
it on it shows me the hole cards from the '88 WSOP Razz final table.
Very weird. (Maybe they'll post a patch I can download?)

They now have a special pair of glasses that see through you opponents hole
cards so u can get the same advantage in the card room.  They are even accepting
Ultimate Points as payment.

Why would anyone buy such a program when all you have to do is select "Deal
players's cards face up" option. I usually use this option on Party Poker
except when I feel the need for a bigger challenge. Unfortunately, I am
still a net loser even when using the "face up" option.

Good point.

However, whenever I clicked the "Deal players's cards face up" option,
it just kept giving them face cards. Not only that, but there were more
face cards than usual. King, Queen, Jack, and then a card with a
picture of some guy named Bob. (???) Tough to beat a full house of
Bobs over Queens (as we all know).

(I'm on a Mac in the central time zone though, so that could be part of
the problem.)

You probably haven't noticed the submenu? Below "Deal players'
cards..." menu option select: "Deal action flops". But BEWARE!
You'll have to also select: "Deal winning hand to player #" to match
your seat. Otherwise you'll get poor results.

You laugh, but in the 2/4 game I play in sometimes, you could deal the cards
face up and most people would still play the same exact way!

I was in a tournament tyesterday. 2 players in postflop.
Flop came 555, check, check. Turn 5, check, check.
River A. Player #1 went all-in. Player #2 folded!

As with everything in life, you have to use common sense.  If you knew all the
hole cards, you could easily make $100,000 per hour online.  How many programs
do you think they have to sell to make that kind of money?  Even if they sold
only 1000 copies, it would become obvious immediately and be shut down.

It is guaranteed that no poker site is going to let anyone win more than a fair
share.  Just like the card counters in Blackjack, they will become blackballed.
Who is going to sit at a table where a player wins every time.  Would you play
Tiger Woods even for all your money?

I've hacked that site, or one similar

http://www.ultimatepokercheat.com/cgi-bin/cookie_login/signup.cgi

use that to set up your own account :D

haha you will realise why you should pay when you get in there

if you are too lazy to make your own account :

Username : acehigh
Password : kinghigh

But I haven't bothered checking if it picks up on multiple logins, so if
that pass is down, make your own

Have FUN!!!
